Working with an herbalist is all about understanding the situation at hand and what has brought you to this point in your life. The first consult is a 2 hour long conversation where you will paint a picture of the entirety of what is going on in your life. We look at diet, sleep, exercise habits, outlook on life, chronic conditions and acute situations that are affecting you.
We will also go over whatever herbs, vitamins or medicines you are currently taking to prevent using any herbs that may have a contra indication. After this consult, I will have a plan of action of herbal remedies.
