In the West, we tend to use the root of the plant but in India and other countries they use the whole plant because the leaves are wonderful medicine as well and help with inflammation, metabolism, restores gut health, helps in memory and even high blood pressure.*
This tincture is made from organic ashwaganda grown in my gardens and tinctured fresh. It is then left to do it's magic for 8 weeks, strained and ready.
