Chai Tea has been evolving for 1000's of years and only seems to be getting more popular every day. This recipe takes the traditional spices and a few more, adding oomph to the healing mojo while staying true to the flavors.
This tin contains 2 packets with 2 separate bags each. TO brew, boil 6 cups of water with the first bag of herbs for 10 minutes, turn off heat and add the remaining bag. Steep for 7 minutes. Remove bags and add 1/2 cup of brown sugar or honey & 2 cups of milk. Stir and serve warm or iced. Makes about 6 cups.
