Stress really should be a 4 letter word, because it makes us feel other 4 letter words- like sick- yuck and say LOTS of 4 letter words that I don't even have to type.
The truth is that while herbs can't prevent that traffic jam or distract your toddler during a temper tantrum, they can help your body handle the stressors and work to keep your reactions more manageable and well healthier.
In this class we will discuss some of the hardest working herbs for a variety of the ways that stress can show up in your bodies.
