Elderberry syrup is one of the most popular and effective ways to stay healthy against flus, colds and just seasonal yucks. *The recipe for my syrup has developed over 15 years and I keep it guarded like a healthy KFC, but I will tell you that it has 14 more herbs in it, along with a mixture of honey, maple syrup and organic sugar. It's pretty darn delish and I use it to sweeten cups of tea or make a Mock-tail with a little bubbly water.
