Holy Mints Batman Tea
I've been selling this one for over a year and it's becoming one of my best selling teas. It's the perfect combo of warming herbs for a crisp day or night since it's caffeine free and great without any sweeteners. Ingredients are Tulsi, Peppermint, Spearmint and cinnamon ( all organic). Tea is bagged in 100% non bleached paper tea bags.
Tulsi- Known as holy Basil or the queen of all herbs is just a freaking wonderful plant. It’s an adaptogen so it helps the body adapt to well life, Used to stabilize blood sugars, hormones, Immune responders and much more. It is one of those wonderful plants that will give energy while calming your central nervous system so there is a steady nurturing energy with no swings or crashes. Tulsi- Also know as Holy Basil this herb is one of my favorites. Tulsi is an adaptogen extraordinaire. It relaxes you without making you sleepy and helps your body handle both the day to day stresses and those brought about by disease. It’s also a tonic for the respiratory system and helps break up mucous and produce a productive cough. Used to break up kidney stones and can be a slight dairectic. It’s great for teeth health, is high in anti histamines so it helps battle seasonal allergies and allergic reactions.
Peppermint and Spearmint- Two of the most famous and widely known herbs/ Mints are great at increasing blood flow so that in turn helps with energy and vitality. They both work on the cardio vascular system and in particular the smaller capillaries in the body which help with the entire respiratory system. Peppermint- improves circulation, memory, helps with speed cellular responses so it’s great choice after an injury. Fights inflammation. Settles stomach distress. Great for diarrhea. Highly antibacterial. Good choice for coughs, flatulence ulcers and herpes outbreaks. Great local anesthetic.
Cinnamon- the yummiest bark I know! Cinnamon is a digestive aid in the way that it improves digestion and thus eases gas. It’s warming properties help push a fever and it increases circulation so it’s great for sore muscles and cramps. It’s astringent qualities help with diarrhea but like all barks it’s also wonderful at coating the throat so it doesn’t dry out the mucous membranes. Think sore throat aids. It’s antibacterial and it’s been shown to be a powerful fighter against E coli, thrush and other pesky bacteria.
