My take on the internet famous golden milk, a drink that helps with inflammation and helps ease people into a nice sleep. I've upped the relaxant properties and added in Mimosa and Nutmeg. Mimosa is known as the happy herb and it helps with anxiety, depression and that over all feeling of not being enough. Nutmeg is used in Ayurvedic Medicine to help keep people asleep through the night when their thoughts tend to wake them up. It's also a great drink to help with digestion and gut health.
Instructions are 2-3 tsps of herbs mixed into 1 cup of nut milk, heat until hot and add 1 tsp of coconut oil and maple syrup or any sweetnerto taste. Enjoy before bed.
