Jardin Herbal Tea
Jardin is French for Garden. This tea came about as I was playing with some of the herbs I was harvesting from my garden beds and the flavor just pops. The herbs combine to a bright and lovely flavor with a tad bit of something familiar. It's a great tea for a non caffeinated boost of energy, that improves circulation, helps with sugar cravings and blood sugar spikes.
Ingredients - mint, fig leaf, rosemary, roses. -all organic and homegrown.
