A tea that was crafted with the peace of those quiet winter nights in mind. This has a subtle but earthly flavor that has been known to remind some of gin without the alcohol. The high notes are of cardamom, orange and rosemary are blended with the softer notes of juniper berries and fig to create a most unique blend. Due to the ingredients, Tannenbaum requires a longer steep time of at least 15 minutes, but feel free to let it linger a little longer.
