* Working with an herbalist is about more than just taking this herb for that condition. It's about building a relationship with not only each other but with your body. Listening to the details as we add in herbs or take out foods. No illness or disease exists in a vacuum, and that old cliche about " a journey, not a destination" rings very true. As an herbalist, I look for movement of a condition, improvement in over all life and creating or re establishing an ease and healthier way of being. No illness or disease exists in a vacuum.
Our work together is all about understanding the situation and what has brought you to this point in your life. Clients will fill out an in-depth intake form and supply any current test results, dietary issues and be open to talking about multiple aspects of their lifestyle such as exercise, diet including herbal supplements, vitamins and food, sleep and stressors.
Working together over a period of time, we will chronicle your progress. It may take up to a week to plan the herbal course of action because each person is so different.
Some clients will need custom herbal formulas created just for them and their situation. Some may need a selection of premade herbal formulas.
Client will be responsible for scheduling check in consults and communicating what they are experiencing during their herbal journey.
