We will explore some of the beautiful plants who are our allies in exploring the world of dreams and sleep. Not only will we explore them- we’ll also craft some goodies to help our own dream journeys- Each person will create their own sleep mask and herbal bath.
There is a Zoom Option also - Zoom participants will have supplies shipped to them so they may create too!
