Courage Tea is vital to the her-story of the Owens women in the Practical Magic Cannon of books. This is my take on it. Drink as often as needed .
Quantity: 3 sets- Makes 3 pots of 6 cups of tea.
Use: TO brew, boil 6 cups of water with a bag of herbs for 10 minutes, turn off heat and simmer. . Steep for 7 minutes. Remove bag and sweeten if desired. . Stir and serve warm or iced.
