The Herbalist's Backyard Make & Take Class
Mama Nature comes through in the Spring with so many nutrient dense freebie medicines and beauties for us. In this very special make it and take class, I am opening up my backyard for a hands on medicine making class where you can learn to create recipes to your needs and wants from plants that grow all around.
We will discuss and forage all over my yard, pointing out herbs and their uses before each of you create 1 tincture and 1 Syrup to meet whichever needs you wish to address. Everyone will be invited to taste and explore. There will be the option to create additional medicines for the cost of the supplies so even if you don't have a yard of your own- you can create your very own wild medicine chest.
After this class, you will have an understanding of the herbs literally growing at your feet and know different ways to use them. We’ll talk identification, harvesting, storage, medicine making, a little culinary and have a lots of fun. Weather permitting the class will be outside.
