It's made from my own grown tulsi and fig leaf. Tulsi is an adaptogen that helps the whole body deal with the stressors of the life without any sedative effects making this a great herb for anytime of day. The fig leaves help maintain healthy food sugar and blood pressure. Bonus it tastes FABULOUS.
